Key Responsibilities:
- Network Administration and support of the Wider Network environment in a mission-critical and highly available environment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in Network IT Landscape
- System technical documentation for existing and new builds/configuration
- Requirements gathering from customers
- Co-ordination with vendors like cabling, ISP, etc.
Key Skills:
- Experience implementing 4-5 projects in a customer live environment
- Experience with Network refresh/upgrade projects
- Ability to create HLD & LLD documents and draw architecture as per customer needs
- Hands-on experience with Firewall & Security Technologies (Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Cisco ASA VPN, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, VMware NSX)
- Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, SSO, LDAP, and MS Active Directory
- Deep understanding of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols
- Experience with Proxy and SSL
- Understanding of cybersecurity technologies, protocols, and applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio
- Network LAN/WAN knowledge and hands-on experience
- Troubleshooting skills for Cisco Environment (Nexus Switches, Cisco Enterprise Routers, and LAN Switches)
