Summary: The role of a NetSuite Consultant requires a professional with over five years of experience to review, correct, and optimize existing NetSuite environments. The consultant will assess current setups, identify configuration issues, and redesign finance processes to align with best practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a full review of the current NetSuite configuration to identify errors, gaps and unused functionality
  • Optimise and redesign core finance processes including month-end, journals, intercompany eliminations and purchasing
  • Enable, configure and deploy modules such as Fixed Assets, Expenses and Bank Reconciliation
  • Reduce manual work by activating native NetSuite functionality and improving workflow efficiency
  • Support the implementation of a new bank reconciliation solution and ensure correct mapping and automation
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce connector options and support CRM-to-ERP integration planning
  • Produce clear process documentation for finance and operations teams
  • Work with internal stakeholders to define priorities, deliverables and realistic timelines

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years hands-on NetSuite experience across finance and core modules
  • Strong understanding of multi-subsidiary environments and month-end processes
  • Background working in under-optimised or poorly documented NetSuite systems

Job Description: NetSuite Consultant (5+ Years Experience) We are looking for a NetSuite Consultant with strong experience reviewing, correcting and optimising existing NetSuite environments. The ideal consultant will be able to assess the current setup, identify configuration issues, and redesign core finance processes to bring the system in line with best practice. This role is suited to someone who has worked in legacy or heavily manual environments and can enable standard NetSuite modules to replace Excel-driven processes.
