Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to healthcare workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into effective CRM/ERP solutions.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other healthcare systems and third-party applications.
- Optimize system performance and ensure security best practices are in place.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MS Dynamics 365.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users and support teams.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP).
- Strong understanding of Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.
- Experience with custom development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare interoperability standards is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
