Summary: The IT Merger & Acquisitions Integration Lead will oversee the technical integration of two organizations during a corporate merger, ensuring operational continuity and strategic value creation. This role involves leading the Technology Integration Strategy, safeguarding business continuity, and managing critical activation requirements. The position requires a blend of hands-on execution and strategic leadership, with a focus on long-term integration planning. The ideal candidate will have proven M&A integration experience and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Technology Integration Strategy – Own the end-to-end technical integration plan, aligning systems, data, and processes with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Safeguard Business Continuity – Ensure core infrastructure, security, connectivity, and collaboration tools remain stable and operational throughout the transition
  • Drive Day 1 Readiness – Deliver critical activation requirements including Microsoft 365, Teams, email integration, and network connectivity with clear phased implementation plans
  • Build the Integration Roadmap – Work with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Operations to prioritise Technology deliverables and resource planning for longer-term integration work
  • Establish Governance & Risk Frameworks – Implement security monitoring, incident response protocols, and compliance measures while managing change governance
  • Be the Technology Authority – Act as the primary escalation point for integration decisions, ensuring swift resolution and transparent stakeholder communication

  • Proven M&A integration experience with both functional and technical delivery expertise
  • Strong track record managing complex Technology programmes through organisational transitions
  • Experience conducting fit/gap assessments and identifying synergies/dissynergies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive collaboration across senior leadership
  • Hands-on experience with platform migrations, system interoperability, and enterprise infrastructure
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional execution capabilities

We're seeking an experienced Technical Integration Lead to drive seamless Day 1 activation and shape the Technology Roadmap beyond Day 100.
