Summary: The Marketing Manager role involves developing and leading brand strategy for EMEA initiatives, requiring a deep understanding of local market dynamics and cultural insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and leads brand strategy for EMEA initiatives.
- Understand local priorities and cultural customer insights to partner with EMEA and Global teams.
- Create insightful briefs using various data sources to inspire creative partners.
- Drive creation and execution of local campaigns that align with business metrics.
- Implement and manage Analytics & Learning Agendas to demonstrate marketing investment impact.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external agency partners.
Key Skills:
- 10 years’ experience in brand strategy and/or marketing for consumer-facing brands in EMEA.
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and integrated consumer campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in leveraging insights and analytics for marketing.
- Proven track record of developing bold, integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Fluency in written and oral English.
- Experience working with geographically-dispersed teams.
