Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately maintain archives and databases for project documentation using the Internal and Customer Document Management Systems.
  • Receive, register and distribute incoming and outgoing project documentation within pre-agreed timeframes.
  • Produce effective project document status reports and issue to internal and external customers.
  • Attend project meetings and report the status against plan for project documentation.
  • Ensure work is conducted in accordance with client and project requirements and all applicable internal procedures.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and work with the functional lead and project teams to implement improvements.

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Manufacturing Document Controller on a 6 Month Contract, based in Durham. Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.

Role Summary

The Manufacturing Document Controller will control the flow of documentation between Nacelle/Tower/Blade Manufacturer suppliers to the end customer, in addition to supportive documentation required for the Completion or Carry Over work at the marshalling harbour in the UK. In addition, it is expected to provide additional support during customer review/approval and creations of Project Ex-works Certificates.

As a Manufacturing Document Controller, you will be responsible for:
