Key Skills:
- Experience in Mainframe systems, especially in System Automation area.
- Working with any Mainframe automation product such as OPS/MVS or IBM SA/NetView.
- Ability to code/script using REXX programming language.
- Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change Management processes.
- Experience providing production support and troubleshooting for IBMz Mainframe systems.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Optional knowledge of Confluence, Jira, GitHub.

We are looking for a skilled Mainframe System Automation specialist to join our global team focused on the design and implementation of monitoring and automation solutions. Our team is responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for a number of critical products across the organization, ensuring their availability, recoverability and security. The team is using Broadcom OPS/MVS product. Broad experience on IBMz is essential for this role to effectively advice our users on best solutions. In this role, you will manage requests for creation or enhancement of monitoring and automation rules for Mainframe Automation, collaborating with IT teams globally, as well as providing support in response to identified incidents. The role will also involve project work, that requires expertise in Mainframe Automation and IBMz to design and deliver effective and appropriate automation solutions.
