Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal agreements (medium complexity) with guidance
- Support legal operations, including budgets, outside counsel management, and financial tracking
- Conduct legal reviews and due diligence across product, marketing, sales, and corporate activities
- Handle consumer and small claims matters - including preparing responses and working with external counsel
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement smarter ways of working
- Support cross-functional investigations and regulatory requests
- Maintain and track key legal metrics and service quality
- Contribute to improving templates, training materials, and internal playbooks
