Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Test Manager to oversee quality assurance for a large-scale IMOS implementation at a leading Energy Company. This programme manager level role involves ensuring go-live readiness and providing assurance to senior stakeholders. The position encompasses both vendor functionality and bespoke components, focusing on comprehensive testing strategies. The successful candidate will manage integration assurance and defect governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme-wide test strategy across IMOS core, custom builds, SIT, UAT, regression, and non-functional testing
- Large-scale UAT across chartering, voyage execution, bunker management, and freight economics
- Integration assurance across CTRM/ETRM, financial, settlement, reporting, and data flows
- Defect governance, go/no-go recommendations, cutover readiness, and hypercare transition
