About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-organised individual to join our HR team in this new role, providing a variety of support in all areas of HR and L&D operations. Youll play a key role in many of the day-to-day processes, including supporting a seamless end-to-end onboarding experience from recruitment administration and coordinating interviews, through to organising and managing new starter inductions. You will coordinate the arranging of internal training programmes, bookings of external programmes and play a significant role in our work experience and vacation schemes, helping us maintain a culture of personal growth and continuous development across the Firm. In addition, you will provide administration support as required, for various HR projects. Strong communication skills, excellent organisation and planning techniques and thorough attention to detail are vital to be successful in managing what will be a busy and varied workload. Previous HR experience isnt essential, however, a background in a busy office support role will be essential.
