Summary: The CDD Oversight Manager will lead governance, reporting, and performance management for a team of 5-10 CDD Analysts within a financial institution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of a CDD/KYC team (circa 5-10 analysts)
  • Ownership of workflow governance and quality control standards
  • Production and enhancement of MI reporting for senior management
  • KPI/KRI monitoring (SLA adherence, backlog management, QA results, ageing)
  • Capacity planning and performance management
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements
  • Stakeholder engagement across Compliance, Front Office and Operations
  • Support with audit and regulatory engagement where required

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience leading a CDD/KYC team within financial services
  • Strong MI reporting capability with exposure to senior stakeholders
  • Experience operating in a capital markets, brokerage, or investment banking environment
  • Demonstrable process improvement delivery (workflow optimisation, efficiency gains, control enhancement)

We are supporting an Financial Intuition on the appointment of a CDD Oversight Manager to lead governance, reporting and performance management across a team of 5-10 CDD Analysts. This mandate is focused on strengthening oversight, improving MI capability and driving process efficiency within a high-volume financial markets environment. The role is not hands-on production CDD - it is focused on team leadership, control framework integrity and operational improvement.
