Summary: The CDD Oversight Manager will lead governance, reporting, and performance management for a team of 5-10 CDD Analysts within a financial institution. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of a CDD/KYC team (circa 5-10 analysts)
- Ownership of workflow governance and quality control standards
- Production and enhancement of MI reporting for senior management
- KPI/KRI monitoring (SLA adherence, backlog management, QA results, ageing)
- Capacity planning and performance management
- Identification and implementation of process improvements
- Stakeholder engagement across Compliance, Front Office and Operations
- Support with audit and regulatory engagement where required
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading a CDD/KYC team within financial services
- Strong MI reporting capability with exposure to senior stakeholders
- Experience operating in a capital markets, brokerage, or investment banking environment
- Demonstrable process improvement delivery (workflow optimisation, efficiency gains, control enhancement)
