Summary: The role of Junior Software PM / Scrum Master focuses on supporting a global FinTech company in the Payments industry, specifically within the Fuel Card payments sector. The position requires a technical background in .Net and experience as a Scrum Master to facilitate collaboration among geographically dispersed teams. This is a contract position for 6 months with a possibility of extension, requiring a blend of on-site and remote work. The ideal candidate should have transitioned from a Developer role to a Team Lead/Scrum Master and have at least 2 years of experience in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the transition of teams from Kanban to Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate collaboration among geographically dispersed teams.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of market-leading payment products.
- Work closely with the Program Director on global projects.
- Engage in project management activities while leveraging a technical background in .Net.

Junior Software PM / Scrum Master - A background in .Net and Payments Industry: Payments - Financial Services Location: Woking - 25 minutes train from Waterloo Contract position: 6 month position with a 3 month break clause Day rate: negotiable but approx. 400 GBP / inside Our client are a global FinTech in the Fuel Card payments space. Their market leading products are having a bit of a face lift and we need you to help move things along. A technical background in .Net is essential, as well as Payments experience. You'll need experience as a Scrum Master, as you'll be aligning geographically dispersed teams away from Kanban so that everyone's on the same page. This is not a role for a seasoned PM, we're looking for someone who's recently moved into this sort of role, having progressed from being a Developer, to a Team Lead / Scrum Master and for the last 2 years you've been cutting your teeth as a PM. It's 2 - 3 days per week in their Surrey office and the rest from home.
