Summary: The Junior Project Manager / PMO Analyst will support a large-scale SAP deployment programme across Europe, focusing on agile delivery coordination, reporting, documentation management, and project tracking. This role is ideal for candidates with prior project coordination or PMO experience, particularly in fast-paced SAP or transformation environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the project team with day-to-day coordination activities
  • Assist with agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog reviews
  • Prepare and maintain Jira dashboards, overviews, and reporting
  • Produce project status reports and tracking updates
  • Maintain and update project documentation and governance materials
  • Support project planning and follow-up actions across workstreams
  • Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders across the deployment programme
  • Assist with process documentation and process management activities

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a Junior PM, PMO, Project Coordinator, or Delivery Support role
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments
  • Good Jira reporting and tracking experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation
  • Experience supporting SAP or enterprise IT projects is preferred
  • Signavio experience would be highly beneficial
  • Fluent English required; German is advantageous

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager / PMO Analyst to support a large-scale SAP deployment programme across Europe. This role will support the wider project team with agile delivery coordination, reporting, documentation management, and project tracking activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior project coordination or PMO experience who is comfortable working in fast-paced SAP or transformation environments.
