Bench IT require a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to join a large organisation starting ASAP working fully on-site in Uttoxeter. The candidate will be responsible for providing IT support to users across the business, assisting with a variety of hardware, software, and account-related issues while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an entry level who is looking to expand their knowledge and build hands-on experience within a fast-paced IT support environment.
