Bench IT require a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to join a large organisation starting ASAP working fully on-site in Uttoxeter. The candidate will be responsible for providing IT support to users across the business, assisting with a variety of hardware, software, and account-related issues while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and systems.
