Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and building backend APIs primarily using Java and Spring Boot.
- Working with Microsoft SQL Server and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Contributing to cloud-native deployments in AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Supporting production systems, monitoring health metrics, and resolving incidents.
- Ensuring systems meet regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
- Partnering with engineering, finance, and product stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of backend development experience in Java / Spring Boot.
- Strong SQL expertise (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
- Exposure to SSIS or data integration tooling (desirable).
- Experience working in regulated or finance-related environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

This team plays a critical role in delivering accurate, timely financial data from multiple business systems into the company’s ERP platform and wider finance processes.
