Senior ITSM Developer (2x Positions)

We are looking for two experienced Senior ITSM Developers to join a dynamic team in the Netherlands. This role is ideal for professionals with deep ITSM platform expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead technical solution discussions and client engagements.

Hybrid working model — 2 days onsite per week in the central Netherlands.

Role Overview

As a Senior ITSM Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise IT Service Management solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to drive successful implementations and support strategic ITSM initiatives.

In addition to strong technical capabilities, you should be comfortable leading customer discussions, contributing to pre-sales activities, and helping shape solution approaches for complex engagements.
