Summary: The role involves recruiting an experienced IT System Audit Technical Consultant to conduct IT System Audits primarily onsite in Reading across multiple labs for a client. The consultant will be responsible for local IT audits and completing customer-supplied audit specifications. The position requires customer-facing consultancy skills and broad IT/LAN experience. The role is part of the second phase of an advisory engagement that follows initial lab assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct local IT audits (Switches, Storage, Desktop & Server Compute - LAN and Standalone)
- Complete customer-supplied Audit specifications
Key Skills:
- Customer-facing consultancy
- Broad IT/LAN experience (including some legacy)
- Experience with Microsoft and some macOS
Salary (Rate): £54.00 per hour
