We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement Manager to strengthen a growing international procurement team. In this role you will act as a strategic partner for the Technology organisation, supporting sourcing activities, vendor and contract management across multiple markets within a fast paced and dynamic retail environment.

This is an individual contributor role with international scope, covering multiple European markets. You will work closely with senior stakeholders from Technology, Finance and Legal and will be based at the company's head office, with the expectation to be present on site at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted procurement partner for Technology stakeholders across the organisation
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with focus on cost efficiency, quality and scalability
• Lead supplier selection, tender processes and onboarding of new (IT) vendors
• Manage vendor and contract management for key technology suppliers
• Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations
• Actively manage procurement systems such as Ariba and related procurement tooling
• Analyse market developments and identify suitable software and technology solutions
• Balance business requirements with cost, risk and compliance considerations
• Drive stakeholder alignment and embed structured ways of working within Technology procurement

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager within IT or Technology categories
• Strong experience within large, international and fast growing organisations
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, high pressure environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
• Highly autonomous and able to bring structure to complex or hectic situations
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
