Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key introducers and customers via regular calls.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for introducers and customers for deals/exposure < £250k and daily queries.
  • Work closely with External Relationship Managers to monitor, develop, and manage assigned accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Promote company’s USP’s and added value products.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement a successful sales strategy for business growth.
  • Prepare credit proposals and ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete introducer reviews accurately and in advance of due dates.
  • Structure deals that meet client and company needs, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
  • Monitor and report on introducer performance against company aspirations.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders to share insights and address issues.
  • Take responsibility for deals end-to-end, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Implement improvements in internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Internal Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This office-based role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with vendor, dealer, and broker partners, delivering outstanding service while maximising volumes and profitability. You’ll be the first point of contact for introducers and customers on deals under 250k, working closely with external relationship managers to drive sales and ensure a seamless customer journey. Key Responsibilities - Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key introducers and customers via regular calls to ensure a steady flow of business and to generate required sales volume. - Act as the primary point of contact for introducers and customers, for deals/exposure < 250k and daily queries which may arise. Prepare for all meetings using company framework & methodology when appropriate - Work closely with the External Relationship Managers to monitor, develop and manage assigned accounts. - Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify opportunities. - Promote companies USP’s and added value products. - Work collaboratively with the team in implementing a successful sales strategy to achieve business growth and financial targets. - Credit Assessment & Risk Management - Prepare credit proposals, ensuring decisions are communicated in a timely manner. - Ensure all deals comply with the company’s credit policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. - Complete introducer reviews accurately and in advance of due date. - Work with introducers and customers to structure deals that meet the needs of both the client and the company, ensuring profitability and sustainability. Propose alternative structures and seek useful mitigants from introducers and customers to get to a solution that will be acceptable. - Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to legal and regulatory standards. - Performance Monitoring and Reporting - Proactively monitor, manage and feedback to the Team Leader or External Relationship Managers on the performance of introducers (behaviour, proposals, acceptance rate and conversion rate) against company aspirations and identify areas and strategies for improvement where needed. - Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders to share insights and address any issues that may arise. - Collaboration and Coordination - Take responsibility for a deal end-to-end e.g. from quote, credit, docs & payout. - Collaborate with the Team Leader and key internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. - Actively participate in internal sales meetings, sharing insights, industry knowledge and best practices. - Implement improvements in internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
