The role sits within a lean, highly involved legal team where lawyers are closely embedded in transactions and investment activity rather than purely managing external counsel. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys operating close to the business and taking ownership of execution work directly. The successful candidate is likely to have around 4 PQE, although strong candidates outside of this range will still be considered. Key areas of focus are expected to include:
