Key Responsibilities
- EMEA Marketing Initiatives: Design, manage, and scale innovative marketing programs alongside cross-functional partners (including product launches, integrated campaigns, partnerships, and experiential marketing).
- Audience Strategy: Build complex, insights-based audience strategies to define the EMEA consumer marketing roadmap, balancing global brand objectives with local business priorities.
- Insights & Analytics: Proactively develop and analyse market insights to identify business gaps and opportunities, translating them into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Full-Funnel Campaigns: Contribute heavily to developing full-funnel marketing campaigns that cut through the noise and deliver against regional growth goals.
- Measurement & Data: Champion a measurement-first mindset, partnering closely with Data Science/Analytics teams to build frameworks that ensure all workflows deliver quantifiable outcomes.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management: Cultivate highly collaborative relationships with internal teams and external creative agencies to synthesize strategic thinking, align on creative output, and scale learnings.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Sufficient years of experience marketing for prominent, consumer-facing brands within the UK and Europe.
- Regional Expertise: Proven experience developing regional or EMEA-wide marketing strategies and executing integrated consumer campaigns for well-established brands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and lead multi-disciplinary teams, both formally and through cross-functional influence.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Deep experience identifying, leveraging, and translating data and consumer insights into creative briefs.
