Human Resources and People Operations within a fast-paced, evolving public/ renewable energy sector context, requiring a proactive, collaborative approach to build trust with diverse stakeholders amidst ambiguity. Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities, combined with high attention to detail, exceptional written/verbal communication, and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
