What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the go-to person for HR administration, ensuring processes for onboarding, induction, , and employee changes are delivered accurately and on time. From managing site access and induction bookings to maintaining secure HR systems, you’ll keep everything running smoothly. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with HR colleagues to deliver initiatives that promote talent development, diversity, and inclusion. This role is about making a difference every day, whether it’s improving processes, supporting change management, or helping colleagues navigate HR queries. Your work will underpin the success of our people and projects. You’ll be part of EDF’s EPR Engineering team, which is tasked with delivering the design for several nuclear island (NI) buildings, systems, and equipment contracts for the Hinkley Point C EPR Project. This involves working through an integrated team, supporting HPC construction and commissioning efforts, and preparing design replication feasibility and engineering activities for the Sizewell C Project.

Who You Are

You bring solid administrative experience within HR or similar and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and confident using tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, as is the ability to build positive relationships across the business. You’ll be proactive, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of your work. Confidentiality and professionalism are second nature to you, and you’re motivated by the opportunity to learn and grow in HR.
