Summary: This role is for a senior HR Business Partner/Head of HR focused on driving HR strategy during a period of transformation within the organization. The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities and support the business through change, requiring a results-driven and adaptable approach. The position is hybrid, based in London or Manchester, and is expected to last for three months with potential for extension. The role demands a proven track record in HR delivery, stakeholder management, and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead organisational design activities and craft tailored people centred change initiatives.
  • Partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence to implement talent, L&D, and reward solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, enhancing engagement and retention through coordinated people strategies.
  • Monitor key metrics such as labour costs, employee relations, and talent retention.
  • Evaluate people development initiatives and generate insightful reports for senior leadership.
  • Lead alignment during transitions and ensure timely execution of people processes.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the business unit, encouraging adaptability and growth.
  • Serve as a vital member of the HR team, fostering connections that empower a high-performance culture.
  • Provide expertise and guidance in overseeing HR cyclical activities, ensuring effective performance and talent management.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience in large-scale mobilations, TUPE regulations and organisational change.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at every level.
  • A desire for continuous learning and growth, supported by a degree and CIPD qualification.
