Summary: This role is for a senior HR Business Partner/Head of HR focused on driving HR strategy during a period of transformation within the organization. The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities and support the business through change, requiring a results-driven and adaptable approach. The position is hybrid, based in London or Manchester, and is expected to last for three months with potential for extension. The role demands a proven track record in HR delivery, stakeholder management, and organizational design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead organisational design activities and craft tailored people centred change initiatives.
- Partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence to implement talent, L&D, and reward solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, enhancing engagement and retention through coordinated people strategies.
- Monitor key metrics such as labour costs, employee relations, and talent retention.
- Evaluate people development initiatives and generate insightful reports for senior leadership.
- Lead alignment during transitions and ensure timely execution of people processes.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the business unit, encouraging adaptability and growth.
- Serve as a vital member of the HR team, fostering connections that empower a high-performance culture.
- Provide expertise and guidance in overseeing HR cyclical activities, ensuring effective performance and talent management.
Key Skills:
- A proven leader with a strong record in driving HR strategy in fast-paced environments, with a strong emphasis on change and IT transformation.
- The candidate for this role will need to be flexible and happy to travel and show an onsite presence.
