Summary: The Head of EPC Project Management will lead the Project Management team for a prominent company in the Renewable Energy sector, focusing on the successful delivery of high-profile projects in Ireland. This role involves extensive collaboration with various stakeholders and managing relationships with external parties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Utility-Scale Renewable energy projects and relevant educational qualifications. The position emphasizes leadership, commercial management, and public representation of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Project Management team to ensure delivery of multiple projects.
- Working closely with internal & external stakeholders.
- Managing external stakeholders - landowners, investors, sub-contractors etc.
- Liaising and managing colleagues across engineering, contract management and construction.
- Commercial management of suppliers, sub-contractors etc.
- Act as a figurehead for the business, attending events and conferences.
- Public or private tenders and/or projects' participation support and organization.
Key Skills:
- Experience in delivering Utility-Scale Renewable energy projects.
- Degree level education in Engineering or a related subject.
- Strong relationship management skills with TSOs/DNOs.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Commercial management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
