The position is a 9-month fixed-term contract based in London, with a hybrid working arrangement. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive B2B community leadership experience to drive impactful community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the global community vision, roadmap, and measurable success metrics
- Design scalable operating models covering governance, processes, and KPIs
- Lead platform optimisation or migration projects, including vendor evaluation
- Launch high-impact programmes such as forums, user groups, and super-user initiatives
- Turn community insight into actionable recommendations for Product and CX teams
Key Skills:
- Extensive B2B community leadership experience using platforms such as Khoros or Higher Logic
- A proven track record scaling global, enterprise-level communities
- Experience supporting technical audiences including developers or data professionals
- Strong knowledge of UX, information architecture, SEO, and content discoverability
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and shaping strategy around APIs, data models, and analytics workflows
