Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the current M365 setup (email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, security policies).
- Design and implement backup / data protection strategy for M365 before migration.
- Plan and execute migration from M365 to Google Workspace (Mail, Drive, Chat, Calendars).
- Configure and manage Google Workspace admin console, including users, groups, security, and policies.
- Handle data transfer, coexistence, and troubleshooting during migration.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance as per banking standards.
- Work closely with internal IT teams and vendors to ensure a seamless transition.
- Provide documentation, user guidance, and post-migration support.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Deep understanding of M365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience using migration tools (BitTitan, Google Workspace Migration Tool, CloudM, etc.).
