Summary: Our client is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with SC clearance to join the Mobile Apps team, focusing on the MyNavy application. The role requires a strong background in web application development and collaboration skills. The position is outside IR35 and requires working in the Portsmouth office two days every fortnight. The contract duration is 12 months, with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the MyNavy application as part of the Mobile Apps team.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Utilize Umbraco CMS and API for product development.
  • Manage Azure environment features, including VM builds and Azure DevOps tools.
  • Integrate applications with SSO capabilities and configure Azure network settings.
  • Administer MSSQL Database and ISS Web Server.

Key Skills:

  • MoD experience.
  • Communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experienced web application developer.
  • Knowledge of Umbraco CMS & API.
  • Familiarity with Azure environment and DevOps tools.
  • Understanding of Azure network configuration (e.g., Firewalls, Load Balancers).
  • Proficiency in React UI technologies.
  • MSSQL Database Management System.
  • ISS Web Server Administration.

Location: 2 days every fortnight in the Portsmouth office

Rate: £450 - £492 per day OUTSIDE IR35

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED

Summary: Our client is looking for a Back-end developer to work in the Mobile Apps team. The team are currently working on the MyNavy application which has recently been launched as a fully native app.
