The Mission
Join a high-velocity AI Accelerator team acting as an internal startup. We run 12-week sprints to build, prototype, and launch AI products that automate global business workflows.
Role Split
30% Innovation: Build new AI-driven tools from scratch in rapid sprints. 70% Evolution: Maintain, scale, and add high-impact features to existing AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Ownership: Write production-ready code and lead advanced testing (performance, security, stress).
- System Design: Research emerging tech and design scalable architectures that balance speed with long-term health.
- End-to-End Delivery: Own the full lifecycle-from initial research and scoping to production deployment and monitoring.
