Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Git and GitLab for version control and manage merge requests.

  • Develop React components and utilize tools like Storybook.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations.

  • Proven experience as a Front-End Developer in large organizations.

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require a Front-End Developer for a high-profile end client within the Insurance space.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience working as a Front-End Developer for large, complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of ReactJS, Redux, Typescript, HTML, CSS tech stack.
  • Previous experience implementing analytics in a web front end using tools such as Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of state management principles and routing strategies.
  • Proficient in unit testing and Test-Driven Development using Jest or Vitest.
  • Skilled in Git, GitLab workflows, and managing merge requests.
  • Experienced with NPM Workspaces, pre-commit hooks, and build/package/test processes.
  • Solid understanding of consuming RESTful APIs and authentication protocols (JWT, OAuth).
  • Expertise in React component development and tools like Storybook; familiarity with A11y, Azure, and DevOps is a plus.
