Key Responsibilities:
- Build Single Page Applications with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Implement web analytics and ensure high-quality code through TDD and code reviews.
- Provide technical leadership and proactive problem-solving.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and testers to deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage workload and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Enforce coding standards and best practices through detailed code reviews.
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Present in client-facing show & tells with coaching support.
Key Skills:
- ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience implementing web analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
- Strong engineering principles for SPAs and best practices for TypeScript.
- Expertise in state management and routing.
- Unit testing/TDD using Jest or Vitest.
- Proficiency with Git, GitLab, merge requests, and code reviews.
- Experience with NPM Workspaces, pre-commit hooks, and build/test pipelines.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and authentication protocols (JWT, OAuth).
- Experience with React component development and tools like Storybook.
- Azure and DevOps experience (desirable).
- Accessibility (A11y) best practices (desirable).
