Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in main contracting to manage the commercial performance of infrastructure projects in NW. The role involves hybrid and remote work with occasional site visits. The position is contract-based and offers a competitive daily rate. Immediate start is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial performance across infrastructure projects.
• Manage subcontractor quotations and ensure compliance.
• Work collaboratively with the team in a hybrid and remote capacity.
• Conduct intermittent site visits as necessary.
