Finance Payment Administrator

This role involves and finance payment processes efficiently within the Technology & Telecoms industry. The Interim Finance Payment Administrator will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations. As part of their Accounting & Finance team, you'll contribute to their financial operations in a supportive and professional environment. Description Payment Processing: Prepare and execute domestic and international currency payments through banking portals, ensuring all transactions are properly authorised by senior finance leadership. Policy & Process Development: Recommend enhancements to Treasury policies and procedures to strengthen operational efficiency and compliance. Cash Flow Management: Support forecasting and monitoring of actual cash flows by collaborating with relevant teams to gather inputs and report findings to Treasury leadership. Training & Documentation: Create training materials for Treasury processes and suggest improvements to enhance team knowledge and operational effectiveness. Audit & Controls Support: Provide assistance during internal and external audits, respond to internal control queries, and help implement audit-related process improvements. Systems & Process Improvement: Contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of Treasury-related system enhancements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements while driving productivity and maintaining quality standards. Profile A successful Finance Payment Administrator should have: Understanding of day to day cash management. Immediate availability. Ability to commute to Maidenhead 2 days a week. In-depth knowledge of global payment processes, including multi-currency transactions and international banking platforms. Experience in process automation within Treasury functions is highly desirable Job Offer Hourly pay ranging from 20.00 to 23.50, depending on experience.
