Responsabilités :
- Gérer et piloter des projets axés sur la finance, notamment l'implémentation de D365 F&O.
- Définir et formaliser les spécifications fonctionnelles (MOA - Maîtrise d'Ouvrage) pour les outils financiers, y compris la dématérialisation et les questions fiscales (demart fiscal, dématérialisation fiscale).
- Superviser les projets liés à la gestion budgétaire (gestion budget) et au déploiement des outils de finance (PDP Finance tools).
- Assurer l'exécution des projets conformément aux méthodologies spécifiées : Cycle en V (Waterfall), Hybride et Agile.
- Être le lien clé entre les équipes métier Finance et les équipes de développement technique.
- Contribuer à la conduite du changement et à la formation des utilisateurs dans le cadre des implémentations.
Exigences :
- Expérience Minimale : 3 ans d'expérience avérée en tant que MOA (Assistant à la Maîtrise d'Ouvrage/Analyste Métier) dans un contexte financier.
- Expertise Technique : Solide connaissance de l'écosystème financier D365.
- Expertise Fonctionnelle : Solide expérience et compréhension des processus Finance.
- Méthodologies de Projet : Expérience avec les méthodologies classiques (Cycle en V), hybrides et Agile.
- Expérience Spécifique : Expérience dans la gestion de multiples projets impliquant la dématérialisation fiscale (demart fiscal, dématérialisation fiscale) et la gestion budgétaire.
- Compétences Comportementales : Doit faire preuve d'une approche proactive, patiente et rigoureuse.
Atout (Nice to Have) :
- Expérience de migration de systèmes ERP financiers vers D365 est un avantage majeur.
