Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders across international markets to provide meaningful financial and commercial insights
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Own monthly management reporting, delivering clear and actionable commentary
- Build and maintain financial models, including revenue forecasting and variance analysis
- Support strategic decision making through financial modelling and business case development
- Take ownership of month-end close processes, including revenue recognition and reconciliations
- Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve outcomes
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Key Skills:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong post-qualified experience
- Proven background in FP&A or finance business partnering within a commercially driven environment
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools is advantageous
- Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global and matrixed organisation
