Summary: Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their expanding team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing business within a dynamic sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Review: Assess property-level P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Systems Expertise: Become the go-to expert on our accounting systems-manage functionality, troubleshoot issues, and support potential system migrations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with FP&A to lead the Group's budgeting and forecasting cycles. Consolidate data and deliver timely reports to management, investors, and lenders.
- Audit & Compliance: Support annual audits and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring compliance and smooth execution.
- Property Support: Provide hands-on assistance to hotel finance teams, including on-site visits when required.
- Strategic Projects: Contribute to high-impact initiatives such as refinancing and M&A due diligence.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience in a similar role in the hospitality or hotels industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
