Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with international finance teams to review and analyse financial results during month-end close, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of management reports.
  • Support the FP&A lead with month-end variance analysis (actuals vs. budget), providing clear insight and constructive challenge on key movements.
  • Produce and manage weekly reporting packs, dashboards, and KPIs, delivering accurate and actionable performance information.
  • Contribute to the development of the Annual Plan, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet forecasts, partnering with departments to gather and validate underlying assumptions.
  • Assist in preparing a rolling multi-year financial plan aligned to overall business strategy.
  • Compile and analyse productivity metrics across departments, working with stakeholders to understand and address performance variances.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a finance-related role.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet tools, data analysis, and financial modelling.
  • Well-developed analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly to change and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across the business.
