Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with international finance teams to review and analyse financial results during month-end close, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of management reports.
- Support the FP&A lead with month-end variance analysis (actuals vs. budget), providing clear insight and constructive challenge on key movements.
- Produce and manage weekly reporting packs, dashboards, and KPIs, delivering accurate and actionable performance information.
- Contribute to the development of the Annual Plan, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet forecasts, partnering with departments to gather and validate underlying assumptions.
- Assist in preparing a rolling multi-year financial plan aligned to overall business strategy.
- Compile and analyse productivity metrics across departments, working with stakeholders to understand and address performance variances.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in a finance-related role.
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data.
- Proficient in spreadsheet tools, data analysis, and financial modelling.
