Summary: The ERP Senior Scrum Master will lead Agile delivery for large-scale ERP transformation programs, requiring expertise in advanced Agile practices and cross-functional team facilitation. This role focuses on driving predictable delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment between business and technology stakeholders within complex ERP environments. The individual will manage multiple Agile teams and ensure effective execution of ERP initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple Agile teams delivering ERP transformation initiatives
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning)
- Ensure consistent application of Scrum, SAFe, and Agile best practices
- Drive Agile maturity across teams and promote continuous improvement
- Manage end-to-end delivery execution for ERP workstreams
- Track sprint progress, velocity, burn-down, and release readiness
- Ensure alignment with program milestones, scope, and delivery timelines
- Identify and remove impediments to maintain delivery flow
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business SMEs, and Program Managers
- Provide clear reporting on delivery status, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate alignment between business priorities and technical execution
- Support executive-level reporting and steering committee updates
- Support implementation and enhancement of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Coordinate integration between ERP modules and enterprise systems
- Ensure data, process, and functional alignment across teams
- Coach teams on Agile principles, DevOps mindset, and Lean practices
- Drive process optimization and delivery efficiency improvements
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and high-performance culture
