Summary: As an Enterprise Architect, you will serve as the primary design authority and strategic visionary for the digital ecosystem, focusing on harmonizing global operations through a unified architecture. Your responsibilities include defining architectural standards, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and overseeing data governance and system integration. You will also provide technical oversight across key platforms to minimize silos and technical debt. This role requires strong leadership and domain expertise in manufacturing and corporate business platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide architecture standards, guardrails, and design principles.
- Act as the final arbiter for integrated solution designs across ERP, PLM, MES, Data, and Integration layers.
- Ensure all technical capabilities and transformation programs align with the broader business strategy and roadmap.
- Define the Master Data Management (MDM) architecture and governance framework.
- Provide high-level technical oversight across SAP, PLM, and manufacturing systems.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record of leading Enterprise Architecture within large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong experience with manufacturing systems (PLM/MES) and corporate business platforms (SAP/ERP).
- Expert-level understanding of modern integration patterns, cloud architecture, and data-flow orchestration.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical landscapes into clear strategic outcomes for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Governance: Define and enforce enterprise-wide architecture standards, guardrails, and design principles to ensure technical consistency and scalability.
- Design Authority: Act as the final arbiter for integrated solution designs across ERP, PLM, MES, Data, and Integration layers.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure all technical capabilities and transformation programs remain strictly aligned with the broader business strategy and roadmap.
- Data Governance: Define the Master Data Management (MDM) architecture and governance framework to ensure data integrity across the lifecycle (focusing on policy and structure, not execution).
- System Oversight: Provide high-level technical oversight across SAP, PLM, and manufacturing systems to eliminate silos and minimize technical debt.
Experience & Qualifications
