Summary: The Ecommerce Consultant is responsible for cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and displaying data using various business intelligence tools. This role involves supporting digital tools and solutions, managing data implementation and migration, and leading user training and demonstrations. Additionally, the consultant will troubleshoot issues and assist in project coordination while preparing reports and analysis for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a selected group of digital tools and solutions and manage the implementation of business process modifications.
  • Lead demonstrations and training for users on digital technology, providing collateral and updated training documents.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing administrative tasks for projects.

Position Summary: • Responsible for cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and displaying data using different approaches and business intelligence tools known as data analysis. • Responsible for supporting a select group of digital tools and solutions and managing the implementation and migration of data. • Support or help lead the demonstration of solutions and training for users on digital technology provide collateral and updated training documents. • Serve as an escalation point to troubleshoot non-common issues and user onboarding.
