  • Leading and developing an established supply chain finance team through a period of transition
  • Partnering senior stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, planning and operations to support business performance and decision making
  • Owning monthly forecasting, budgeting and performance management processes across a significant operational cost base
  • Driving improved forecast accuracy through deeper analysis of operational and financial performance drivers
  • Delivering insight and challenge around transportation, logistics, procurement and operational expenditure
  • Supporting strategic initiatives focused on cost optimisation, productivity improvement and operational efficiency
  • Translating complex financial and operational data into meaningful recommendations for senior leadership
  • Supporting ongoing organisational and process improvement initiatives within the finance function

Key Skills:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
  • Significant experience operating within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, distribution or other operationally intensive environments
  • Strong track record of finance business partnering with senior operational stakeholders
  • Extensive experience across forecasting, planning, budgeting and performance management
  • Previous experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams
  • Capable of operating in a fast-paced and complex international business environment
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
