Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of digital marketing activity across website, CRM, paid media, social, and marketplaces
  • Coordinate assets, copy, approvals, and timelines across teams and agencies
  • Ensure activity aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Assist with day-to-day website updates including content, promotions, and product pages
  • Support QA of site changes, pricing, promotions, and launches
  • Build, schedule, and QA email campaigns
  • Pull weekly and monthly performance reports across website, CRM, and paid media
  • Track KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, revenue, AOV, and campaign performance

Key Skills:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
  • Comfortable working with performance data and reporting
  • Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or other ESPs
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
  • Experience with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience working with luxury or premium consumer brands (desirable)
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets capability

DIGITAL MARKETING TEMP

LOCATION: London

REPORTS TO: Head of Digital – or anyone else that the company assigns

RESPONSIBLE FOR: No direct reports

COMMUNICATORS : Head of Digital, Head of Brand, Digital Acquisition Manager, E Commerce Manager, External Paid Media Agency.

MAIN PURPOSE: The Digital Marketing Temp will support the digital team across day-to-day execution, coordination, and reporting. The role is designed to provide additional capacity during a busy commercial and transformation period, ensuring digital campaigns, website activity, CRM communications, and reporting are delivered accurately and on time. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, suited to someone early in their digital marketing career who is confident working across multiple platforms and data sources.

SCOPE: The role will support activity across eCommerce, CRM, paid media, social, and marketplaces, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution across all digital touchpoints. The Digital Marketing Temp will not own strategy but will play a critical role in helping deliver it acting as a reliable, detail-oriented extra pair of hands across the digital function.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital Marketing Execution (Cross-Channel)
  • Support the execution of digital marketing activity across website, CRM, paid media, social, and marketplaces
  • Coordinate assets, copy, approvals, and timelines across teams and agencies
  • Ensure activity aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Support digital-first campaigns tied to launches, gifting moments, events, and partnerships
  • Website & eCommerce Support
  • Assist with day-to-day website updates including content, promotions, and product pages
  • Support QA of site changes, pricing, promotions, and launches
  • Assist with CMS updates and basic merchandising tasks
  • Support UAT testing for new functionality and site improvements
  • CRM & Email Marketing
  • Build, schedule, and QA email campaigns (e.g. Klaviyo or similar platforms)
  • Support campaign planning, segmentation, and basic automation flows
  • Assist with maintaining an email campaign calendar aligned to wider marketing activity
  • Pull and summarise post-campaign performance data
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Pull weekly and monthly performance reports across website, CRM, and paid media
  • Track KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, revenue, AOV, and campaign performance
  • Maintain spreadsheets and dashboards used by the wider digital team
  • Support insight gathering to inform optimisation and future planning

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Essential

  • 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
  • Comfortable working with performance data and reporting
  • Experience with some of the following: Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Klaviyo or other ESPs
  • Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
  • Paid media platforms (Meta, Google, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Desirable

  • Experience working with luxury or premium consumer brands
  • Exposure to Amazon Seller or Vendor Central
  • WordPress or CMS experience
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets capability
