Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead the global website and digital platform strategy for a leading consultancy brand, focusing on digital transformation through AI and innovative marketing techniques. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a future-ready digital marketing roadmap leveraging AI, automation, and personalisation.
- Lead technical performance and continuous improvement across a global website, ensuring it supports acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Implement SEO, GEO, and CRO strategies to maximise visibility and user journeys.
- Drive innovation through pilot projects in generative AI and new MarTech integrations.
- Collaborate with internal design, content, and IT teams — and manage agencies — to ensure flawless project delivery.
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in web platforms and related tech (e.g. GTM, GA4, consent management, CMS – Umbraco ideal).
- Deep technical understanding of web infrastructure, analytics, SEO, CRO, UX optimisation, and personalisation.
- Proven ability to manage localisation projects, external agencies, and development cycles.
- Experience in agile sprint planning, UAT testing, and stakeholder management.
- Background in B2B marketing, ideally within built-environment or consultancy sectors.
- Confidence leading AI-enabled digital initiatives and contributing to global web strategy.
- Understanding of content operations, MarTech stacks, and platform integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
