DevOps Engineer - 12 Months Contract - Inside IR35
My client, a tier 1 bank is looking for a DevOps Engineer to work as part of a team to ensure platform stability, availability and CI/CD pipelines to ensure the platform is stable for all the engineers to work in the environment.
- 5+ years DevOps and Platform experience - GCP (preferred), AWS/Azure
- Infrastructure as Code - Terraform, Jenkins - to define and provision infrastucture in cloud and automate, build test and deploy code
- Observability - Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
- Kubernetes - to automate deployment, scaling and management of containerized applications
- CI/CD pipelines - Working on CI/CD high availability to ensure CI/CD systems remains operational and resilient.
- Financial Services/Banking experience highly preferred
Interview process
1st - Coding Challenge - sent via email to produce a series of infrastructure codes or designs for a particular scenario
2nd - Technical Interview - based on coding challenge and will be asking candidate to talk through their codes on the challenge etc.
3rd - May need to meet Product Owner out of courtesy.
