Key Responsibilities:

  • Support device rollout activities including building, imaging, configuring, and deploying desktops and laptops.

Your new company
You'll be joining a leading organisation delivering a large-scale device refresh and end-user technology deployment programme across multiple sites. The company is currently investing heavily in modernising its end-user computing environment, offering a fast-paced and collaborative delivery setting.
Your new role
As an IT Desktop Support & Build Technician, you will play a key role in supporting device rollout activities. This will include building, imaging, configuring, and deploying desktops and laptops, carrying out desk side support, and delivering physical Workstation setups. You will also support contact centre deployments, floor-walking activities, and hardware troubleshooting, ensuring all devices are operational and ready for business use.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in desktop support and device deployment within a corporate environment, with strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
