Summary: As an IT Desktop Support & Build Technician, you will be integral to a large-scale device refresh and end-user technology deployment program. Your responsibilities will include building, imaging, configuring, and deploying desktops and laptops, along with providing desk-side support and hardware troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:
- Support device rollout activities including building, imaging, configuring, and deploying desktops and laptops.
- Provide desk-side support and deliver physical workstation setups.
- Assist with contact centre deployments and floor-walking activities.
- Conduct hardware troubleshooting to ensure all devices are operational.

Your new role
As an IT Desktop Support & Build Technician, you will play a key role in supporting device rollout activities.
