Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager/Scrum Master to lead our development teams in Telford on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and be proficient in using JIRA and Confluence for project management. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles, and coach the team to higher levels of maturity.
- Remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-groomed and prioritized.
- Use JIRA and Confluence to track and report on project progress, and ensure transparency within the team and with stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
- Continuously seek ways to improve team performance and productivity.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and conflict resolution.
