Summary: The Delivery Manager/Scrum Master role involves leading agile delivery in a fast-paced digital environment for a prominent organization in South Wales. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on experience with Aha! and Azure DevOps. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving agile practices and ensuring alignment with product strategy. This is a hybrid role that requires immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead agile delivery across one or more product teams, driving Sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Act as Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to agile best practice and continuous improvement
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery outcomes
- Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple workstreams
- Support roadmap execution using Aha!, ensuring alignment with wider product strategy
- Facilitate integration between Aha! and Azure DevOps, maintaining clear visibility of delivery progress
- Provide clear reporting on delivery status, velocity, and key metrics
Key Skills:
- Strong background as a Delivery Manager and/or Scrum Master in agile environments
- Proven experience using Aha! (roadmapping, portfolio management)
- Experience integrating Aha! with Azure DevOps (or similar tooling)
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe desirable)
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-led or digital environments

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager/Scrum Master to support the delivery of a fast-paced digital/product environment. This role will suit someone confident working across agile teams, with strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on experience using Aha! (including integration with Azure DevOps).
