Summary: The role of Delivery Manager/Scrum Master involves leading agile delivery in a fast-paced digital environment, primarily using Aha! for product management and Azure DevOps for integration. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and a hands-on approach to agile methodologies. The successful candidate will drive sprint ceremonies and manage dependencies across multiple teams. This role is based in South Wales and offers hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead agile delivery across one or more product teams, driving Sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Act as Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to agile best practice and continuous improvement
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery outcomes
- Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple workstreams
- Support roadmap execution using Aha!, ensuring alignment with wider product strategy
- Facilitate integration between Aha! and Azure DevOps, maintaining clear visibility of delivery progress
- Provide clear reporting on delivery status, velocity, and key metrics
Key Skills:
- Strong background as a Delivery Manager and/or Scrum Master in agile environments
- Proven experience using Aha! (roadmapping, portfolio management)
- Experience integrating Aha! with Azure DevOps (or similar tooling)
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe desirable)
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-led or digital environments
Salary (Rate): £550 daily
