Summary: AgileSource is seeking a Delivery Manager with experience in HALO ITSM projects to oversee the delivery of a complex Halo environment. The role involves managing stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving the successful rollout of the project. This position is contract-based and classified as outside IR35. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery management and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Halo implementation
- Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across the programme
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party stakeholders
- Ensure delivery is aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
- Provide clear reporting and governance at senior stakeholder level
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering Halo (HaloITSM / HaloPSA) implementations
- Experience managing large-scale / enterprise-level deployments
- Strong Delivery Manager / Programme Delivery background
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Desirable: Experience working in complex ITSM or service transformation programmes
- Familiarity with Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies

Contract - Outside IR35 - £500 - £575 P/D
