Key Responsibilities:
- Manage non-standard queries related to client onboarding, AML, and KYC.
- Liaise with other teams, such as risk, as needed.
- Oversee backlog management, release management, and workflow creation.
- Support projects aimed at improving client onboarding and customer service desk experiences.
- Contribute to the development of new target operating models and process changes.
- Work within an Agile framework, utilizing scrum/sprint methodologies.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in client onboarding initiatives.
- Knowledge of financial crime and KYC processes.
- Background as a Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner.
- Experience in financial services, preferably within fintech or payments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 1-2 days per week in Central London.

Delivery Manager/Operational Lead - Client Onboarding/KYC - Fintech/Payments
£650-675 p/d (inside ir35 via umbrella), 1-2 days p/we in London
On behalf of our leading payments provider/fintech client we are looking for a Delivery Manager who has a hybrid skillset across delivery/operations/product management as this role will be working in a small team. The cllient have Salesforce Service Cloud as their CRM platform. This person will be responsible for managing any non-standard queries around client onboarding which may related to AML/KYC and liaise with other teams in the business (such as risk) if required. There will be elements of backlog management, release management, workflow creation and providing operational effectiveness.
There will also be a project of work where they look at their client onboarding/customer service desk experience for the future, you will help support what good looks like, new target operating models, process change and transition plans. This client works within an Agile framework, so experience around scrum/sprint ways of working will be needed.
Experience Required:
- Proven record of working on client onboarding initiatives (this is essential)
- Experience around financial crime and KYC
- Background as a Delivery Manager, BA or Product Owner and hybrid in approach
- Must have financial services experience, ideally within fintech or payments
- Any experience of Salesforce (ideally Service Cloud) would be useful
- Strong stakeholder management and personable in approach
- Must be able to work 1-2 days p/w in Central London
